CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. broccoli spears, thaw & drain
3 1/2 lbs. chicken, cooked & boned
Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. French fried onion rings

Place broccoli in greased 9"x13" casserole. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and spread over broccoli. Spread 1/2" slices of cheese over meat. Mix soup and mayo, spoon over chicken. Sprinkle sliced chestnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with onion rings. Bake 20 minutes more.
