COCONUT-CHOCOLATE CHERRIES 
1 jar (10 oz.) maraschino cherries with stems, well drained
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. finely crushed chocolate wafers

Pat cherries dry. Mix powdered sugar, butter, cocoa, almond extract, vanilla and salt. Stir in coconut. Mold about 2 teaspoons coconut mixture around each center; roll in wafer crumbs. Store in refrigerator.
