HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
4 c. milk
2 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. vanilla

In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and sweetened milk and beat for several minutes. Stir in milk, cream, and vanilla. Pour into a gallon ice cream freezer. Yields 1 gallon.

STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM:

Reduce milk to 2 cups and add 2 cups mashed fresh strawberries softened with 1/2 cup sugar.
