HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
8 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. whipping cream
Whole milk

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat well. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the egg mixture with the whipped cream. Add enough whole milk to make 3 quarts of liquid. Put in ice cream maker and follow the maker's directions until desired consistency is reached. 12 servings.
