FREEZER CAKE 
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
6 bananas, mashed
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 bottle cherries, chopped
1/3 box graham crackers, finely crushed
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Cream shortening and sugar, add bananas, pineapple, marshmallows and cherries. Fold in egg whites to mixture. Alternate layers of cracker crumbs and mixture. Set in freezer for 24 hours. Cut in squares and serve. 12 servings.

For holiday festivities, add 1 package of dates and 1 cup chopped pecans. Delicious!
