BASIL SALAD 
1 lg. bunch fresh basil
1 head lettuce or spinach
1/2 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz. prosciutto or ham, minced
1/2 c. pine nuts or walnut pieces
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Tear basil and lettuce into pieces, toss together in a salad bowl and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan. Add garlic and prosciutto, and saute until garlic is just golden, about 2 minutes.
