BLACKBERRY COBBLER 
1 boxed Pillsbury pie crust
5 c. blackberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Unfold and roll out pie crust big enough to lie in bottom of 2 1/2 quart Pyrex dish with some hanging over sides. Add 5 cups of berries. Pour 1 1/2 cups sugar and 3 tablespoons flour over berries. Dot 2 tablespoons butter over berries. Place top crust over top and fold into bowl with bottom crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
