GROUND MEAT PAN PIE | |
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. ground round, chuck or turkey 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper 2 c. mashed potatoes 1/4 c. shredded cheese 1/2 c. corn (opt.) 1. Mix 1/2 can of soup (undiluted), beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, corn, salt and pepper. 2. Press into 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; drain off fat. 3. Spoon on potatoes. 4. Top with remaining soup then cheese. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese melts. |
