FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix ingredients and pat into a foil-lined 9x13 inch cooking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. fruit juice (drain 1 can pineapple)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar

Mix all the ingredients together. Heat until thickened. Let cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream all ingredients together and spread onto the cooled crust. Arrange fruit onto the filling. Examples of fruit to use are kiwi, pineapple, and strawberries. Cover with cooled glaze. Refrigerate.
