FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 to 1 1/2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar, egg, salt, cream of tartar, soda and beat well. Add flour and pat into pizza pan, greased and floured. Push up on sides. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes; cool.

SAUCE:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar (can be powdered sugar)

Blend cream cheese, sugar. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit on crust.

GLAZE:

1 c. fruit juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

In saucepan fruit juice, cornstarch, sugar, almond extract. Cook until clear. Cool slightly. Pour on fruit; cover well. Fruit does not darken when covered with glaze.
