SESAME CHICKEN STRIPS 
Boneless chicken, cut into 1/4" strips
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Mix buttermilk, paprika, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and garlic salt. Soak chicken in mixture for 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Toss together bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Drain chicken and roll chicken in crumb mixture. Drizzle butter over chicken and bake at 30 to 35 minutes or until crisp at 350 degrees. Great served with honey mustard.
