SPICY CHICKEN STRIPS 
2 pkgs. boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch strips
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. (or more) jalapeno juice
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. seasoning mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Blend egg, milk, and jalapeno juice together. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix flour and seasoning.

Dip chicken in dry mixture, then in liquid mixture, and back in the dry mixture.

In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Place chicken in skillet, and fry until golden brown. Serves 4.
