SESAME CHICKEN STRIPS 
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Spread 1 tablespoons melted butter in 9 x 13 pan. Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch strips.

Mix Bisquick, sesame seeds, salt, paprika and mustard. Beat eggs and milk with fork. Dip chicken strips into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture. Place strips in single layer in prepared pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter or strips. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes at 425 degrees.
