MARINATED FLANK STEAK WITH
CARROTS
 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. Bar-B-Q sauce

1 clove garlic (minced) 1 bunch green onions in 1/2 inch pieces 2 lg. carrots (cut in slivers) 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms

Marinate flank steak for 1 hour. Drain, reserve marinade.

Stir fry in oil flank steak, garlic and green onions. Pre-steam carrots slightly. Carrots should still be slightly crisp. Add mushrooms, carrots and remaining marinade to meat. Serve on rice.
