MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, minced
1 tbsp. chives
Meat tenderizer

Trim steak, score diagonally across grain in both directions. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer on both sides and pierce with fork all over. Allow steak to sit for at least 30 minutes before marinating in mixture above. Marinate 4-5 hours turning several times. Grill or broil approximately 7 minutes medium, 6 minutes rare. Slice diagonally to serve.
