MARINATED POT ROAST | |
4 to 5 lb. pot roast 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 4 tbsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 10 oz. soy sauce 6 dashes Tabasco sauce 6 tbsp. bottled lemon juice 1/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. salad or vegetable oil 1/4 c. water Place roast in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over roast. Turn roast occasionally. Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator. Grill 45 to 60 minutes depending on size of roast. Serves 8 to 10. |
