SAVORY POT ROAST | |
3 to 4 lb. boneless beef pot roast 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (1 1/3 oz.) env. dehydrated onion soup mix 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. water Sear pot roast in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Mix soups, Worcestershire sauce and water, and pour over roast. Heat, covered, in microwave on simmer, approximately 18 minutes per pound or until tender. |
