SAVORY POT ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. boneless beef pot roast
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 1/3 oz.) env. dehydrated onion soup mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Sear pot roast in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Mix soups, Worcestershire sauce and water, and pour over roast. Heat, covered, in microwave on simmer, approximately 18 minutes per pound or until tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
