MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
2 lbs. flank steak (or top round)
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
3 tbsp. salad oil
Meat tenderizer
1/4 tsp. marjoram
Instant minced onion to taste (I use lots)

Pierce meat at 1 inch intervals with fork; sprinkle both sides with tenderizer. Place in flat pan and add remaining ingredients. Let marinate 30 minutes or longer.
