MARINATED BARBECUED FLANK STEAK 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. each of garlic powder and ground ginger
1/2 c. salad oil
1 green onion
1 flank steak (approximately 1/2 lb.)

Mix ingredients in mixer. Marinade steak 24 hours. Barbecue according to preference. (NOTE: Slice at an angle, across the grain, 1/4-inch thick). Serves 4. (NOTE: Throw away marinade.)
