MARINATED FLANK STEAK FOR GRILL 
1 flank steam
Meat tenderizer (use as directed)
2 oz. sherry
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chile or soy sauce
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Marinate 2 to 4 hours in pan or dish in refrigerator, turning every 1/2 hour. Grill about 20 minutes on grill. To serve, cut in strips about 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide diagonally. Good served with a salad and crusty bread.
