MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. honey
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 lb. flank steak or London broil

Mix marinade with fork in shallow dish. Add steak and coat both sides. Cover and let stand 2 hours at room temperature or all day in refrigerator. Broil on rack about 4 inches from heat, for 3 or 4 minutes each side. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain. Heat remaining marinade thoroughly and serve over or with sliced meat.
