MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1/4 c. bourbon (optional)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 flank steak (1 1/2-2 lb.)

Combine all ingredients except beef in a glass casserole dish or bowl. Add beef, turning to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn occasionally during marinating time. Grill the steak slowly over hot (not flaming) coals until done as you like it, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
