MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic (powder or fresh, chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. ginger (powder or fresh, chopped)
3/4 c. oil
1 green onion, chopped (may substitute 1 tbsp. onion flakes)

Cut flank steak into thick strips. Mix together other ingredients and add steak strips. Marinate meat for 4 hours or more. Grill on barbecue.
