FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH BROCCOLI
AND CAULIFLOWER
 
1 lb. fettuccine, prepare according to box directions
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 stick butter
1 egg yolk
1 bunch broccoli
1 sm. head cauliflower
Pepper

Melt butter and then add heavy cream and heat. Steam broccoli and cauliflower while preparing the fettuccine according to the box directions. When vegetables are done, combine with drained fettuccine, cream, butter cheese, pepper, and egg. Toss and serve.
