CHICKEN-BROCCOLI WITH ALFREDO
SAUCE
 
3 large chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts

Spray skillet with Pam spray. Cut chicken into strips; cook in skillet until slightly browned. Add broccoli and cover. Cook on medium heat while making sauce.

Sauce:

4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour (can use soy flour, but meal's total carbs only 3.1)

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir (DO NOT BOIL) until it has the texture of alfredo sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Enjoy!
