CHOCOLATE-COVERED PEANUT BALLS 
2 sticks butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
1 c. cookie coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate pieces
1 (4 oz.) stick paraffin

Melt butter; stir in peanut butter and powdered sugar and mix well. Add graham crackers, coconut and nuts. Roll into small balls. Melt chocolate pieces and paraffin in top of double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture and set on waxed paper to cool. Yield: about 6 dozen.
