CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BALLS 
2 sticks butter
1 1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar, sifted
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. butternut flavoring
1/4 lb. paraffin

Melt butter and peanut butter; remove from heat and stir in sifted powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butternut flavoring. Mix well. Shape into balls about the size of a quarter. Place on cookie sheets and put in the refrigerator to chill.

Melt paraffin and chocolate in top of double boiler. Remove peanut butter balls from refrigerator and dip into chocolate-paraffin mixture. Place balls on waxed paper and chill.

Yields: 40 individual peanut balls
