1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. lean pork sausage
1 tsp. salt
1 green bell pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp. dried minced onions
1 tsp. garlic powder

SAUCE:

1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 c. brown sugar
1 (14 oz.) bottle "Heinz" hot catsup

Mix the above sauce in a separate bowl. Then mix meats, salt, pepper, onions, and garlic together. Add 1/2 of the sauce. Mix well. Place in baking pan, covering with the remainder of the sauce. Bake in 450 degree oven 30 to 45 minutes.
