2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1/2 lb. sausage

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add meat, eggs, onion, seasoning and mix well. Form into loaf in baking dish. Cover with Piquant Sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.

PIQUANT SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
