2 to 2 1/2 lb. ham, cut into 1 inch slices 1/2 c. dark corn syrup 1/2 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. prepared mustard Lay ham in baking pan. Combine rest of ingredients and mix very well. Pour over ham. Cover and bake in moderate (350 degree) oven about 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking about 30 minutes longer, basting 3 to 4 times with the syrup in the pan. Turn the ham once while uncovered. |
