HOME CANDIED FRUIT 
Peel from 1 lemon
Peel from 2 oranges
1 sm. can sliced pineapple
8 oz. jar maraschino cherries
2 c. golden raisins
1 1/2 c. sugar

Drain cherries. Simmer citrus peels in water to cover for 15 minutes; drain and cut fine. Combine ingredients and put into large heavy skillet. Cook and stir over low heat until fruit is glazed and liquid is gone. Spread out on large platter for 2 days. Keep in glass jar in refrigerator until needed.
