3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs

Mix together. Add: 2 c. mashed bananas 2 c. chopped nuts 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. oil

Stir into flour mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING FOR HUMMINGBIRD CAKE:

1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature

Beat until smooth.
