HUMMINGBIRD CAKE FROSTING 
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend. Frost while cake is warm.

HUMMINGBIRD CAKE:

2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix by hand. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
