MARY'S PERFECT ROAST BEEF 
1 eye of round, any size
Kitchen Bouquet

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Line pan with foil. Rub beef all over with Kitchen Bouquet. Cool 5 minutes per pound. Cut off oven and leave in oven for 3 hours. Do not open door in the meantime.
