CHERRY JELLO SALAD 
6 oz. cherry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling (Thank You)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice
Miniature marshmallows (optional)

Pour boiling water over Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water. Gradually mix in by hand the pie filling and crushed pineapple. Pour into Tupperware round pie carrier (or mold approximately that size). Cover top with miniature marshmallows. Jell.

Before serving, add the following topping: 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over top of salad.
