2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 c. Pepsi

Heat pineapple with juice in saucepan. Dissolve Jello in hot pineapple. Add 1 can of cherry pie filling and 1 cup Pepsi. Cheese cubes or pecans can be placed on top. Refrigerate.
