“CHICKEN PARMESAN SANDWICH” IS IN:

CHICKEN PARMESAN SANDWICH 
1 (12 oz loaf) garlic bread
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
1 (12 oz pkg) Italian-style, cooked, breaded, boneless chicken breast cutlets
4 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Heat garlic bread as directed.

In a small bowl, combine sauce and marjoram. Place bottom of garlic bread loaf on jelly-roll pan.

Spread with half of the sauce. Top with chicken cutlets and remaining sauce.

Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is heated through. Arrange cheese over chicken cutlets.

Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Brush crust of bread top with oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Arrange basil leaves over cheese, cover with bread tops.
