3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. water
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix flour, 2 cups sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt together. Make 3 holes in mixture and add vanilla, oil, and vinegar. Mix. Add 2 cups water and mix.

Mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg and salt. Add chocolate chips. Pour part of cake batter into pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over this. Pour remaining cake batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Can use Betty Crocker Deluxe sour cream chocolate frosting.
