3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Mix first 7 ingredients in a 13"x9" cake pan. Mix well. Pour liquid ingredients over all. Mix until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When cool, frost with fudge frosting.
