SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. brown sugar
Dash pepper

Mix together and roll into balls - roll in flour and brown in hot fat. When brown, remove and make gravy - 1 cup water in which bouillon has been dissolved. May add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, etc. for additional flavor. When gravy is the way you want it, put meatballs back in and simmer until ready to serve. Wonderful with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
