8 lg. potatoes
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter
4 c. milk
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Peel and slice potatoes. Place potatoes in 9"x12" pan. Pour in milk and butter and add cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, stir potatoes, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Return pan to oven for 15 minutes longer or to desired consistency. Remove and let cool for approximately 5 minutes.
