MOTHER'S SPECIAL POTATOES 
6 - 8 potatoes (boiled in their jackets until cooked)
1 c. sour cream
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. corn flakes (crushed)

Remove skins from cooked potatoes and grate into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend together sour cream, soup and 1 stick of the melted butter. Spread mixture over the grated potatoes. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and drizzle 1 stick of melted butter over the corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
