SPICY CHICKEN LEGS 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 onions, chopped
1 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
6 to 12 chicken legs

Heat oil in pan. Cook garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, celery seeds and salt to pan, and bring to a boil. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Place the chicken legs in a large oven dish, side by side in a single layer. Pour sauce over the chicken legs and cook in a 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 1 hour. Turn a couple of times while baking.

I would recommend this recipe. Sauce is excellent with just the right bite. I would bake it about 15 minutes longer. Sauce is great over rice too. Family liked it also.

I used 1/4 chickens and they took 75 mins. I would remove the skin so the sauce was useable on the mashed potatoes. Too oily otherwise.

I skipped the salt and didn't miss it whatsoever.
Will make it again.
