TERIYAKI FLANK STEAK 
1 lg. clove garlic
1 tsp. ginger or ginger root
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. dry white wine
Flank steak

Flank steak; score in criss-cross pattern. Mash garlic and ginger in bowl, dissolve sugar in vinegar, add soy sauce and wine. Marinate meat in mixture for 4-5 hours, turning meat every hour. Barbecue or grill.
