FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI 
2 flank steaks, tenderized once
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ajinomoto
1 tsp. salt
1/4 - 1/2 c. sake
3-4 cloves garlic
2 tsp. grated ginger
2-3 eggs, beaten
Flour

Cut steaks into 5-6 pieces. Combine all remaining ingredients except the eggs and flour to make teriyaki sauce. Marinate steak pieces in teriyaki sauce for 15 to 20 minutes. After meat has marinated, dust with flour, dip into eggs, then deep fry in hot oil on both sides. Cool, then slice into bite size pieces and serve.
