FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI BARBEQUE 
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. each soy sauce & honey
2 tbsp. each cider vinegar & finely chopped onions
1 lg. garlic clove, minced or mashed
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 flank steak, about 2 lbs. (not scored)

Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, onion, garlic and ginger. Pour over steak. Allow to marinate for 4 hours or more; turn occasionally with marinade. Then either barbeque steak until done or oven broil, if preferred, turning the steak and marinating both sides while cooking. Carve into thin slices, cutting on the diagonal from top to bottom of the steak, as for London Broil. Makes 4 servings.
