FLANK STEAK TERIYAKI, BARBECUED 
2 lbs. flank steak
3/4 c. Wesson salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 scallion, top included, finely chopped

Cut steak into 1/2 inch strips, against the grain. Roll and secure each with a toothpick. Rolls approximately 3 inches in diameter.

Combine all other ingredients in a blender. Marinate steak rolls in sauce for 8 hours. Barbecue over medium hot fire for 10 minutes on each side. Serves 4.
