GRILLED FLANK STEAK 
Garlic powder
3 lbs. flank steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salad oil

Sprinkle garlic powder lightly on both sides of steak. Prick both sides of steak with fork. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and oil; pour over steak. Marinate 6 to 8 hours at room temperature, turning frequently. Remove steak from marinate, cook over medium heat about 7 minutes for medium rate, longer for well done. Slice across grain in thin slices. Yield: about 8 servings. Marinade may be refrigerated and used again.
