BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 head broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
4 strips bacon cut up and fried crisp

Wash broccoli well; cut into bite-size pieces. Some stalk may be used. Cover with water in kettle and cook until tender but still crisp. Drain water; stir soup and milk until smooth. Put this on broccoli; stir in cheese, then bacon. Especially good served with club crackers.
