CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
1 lb. frying chicken, cut up
1/4 c. tamari soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Bake chicken and let cool. Cut up and place in skillet. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken in skillet. Cover and simmer until tender. Can also add water chestnuts, 20 sliced green onion ends, celery mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts. Serve over rice.
